It operates in six segments: BioMar, GPV, HydraSpecma, Borg Automotive, Fibertex Personal Care, and Fibertex Nonwovens. The BioMar segment offers feed products for salmon, salmonids, trout, shrimp, and sea bass and bream to the fish and shrimp farming industry. Its GPV segment operates as an electronic manufacturing service provider, which manufactures and sells electronics, mechanics, cable harnessing, and mechatronics for industrials; building-, med-, clean-, and high-tech consumer; transportation; and measurement and control market segments. The HydraSpecma segment supplies hydraulic and electric solutions and products to the aftermarket and original equipment manufacturers. Its Borg Automotive segment remanufactures defective parts, such as brake callipers, turbochargers, starters, air-condition compressors, EGR valves, steering racks and pumps, and alternators to the B2B market. The Fibertex Personal Care segment manufactures and sells spunmelt nonwovens used in diapers, sanitary towels, and incontinence products, as well as printing services on nonwovens for the personal care industry. Its Fibertex Nonwovens manufactures and sells specialized nonwovens for various industrial applications, including for cars, the construction industry, and filtration solutions; and textiles for special-purpose disposable wipes for hygiene, cleaning, and other purposes.
