Azteca Gold Corp., a development stage company, acquires, explores for, and develops gold and silver properties in the United States and Mexico. The company was formerly known as Hansa Corporation and changed its name to Azteca Gold Corp. in December 2006. Azteca Gold Corp. was incorporated in 1957 and is based in Calgary, Canada.
