Concord New Energy Group Limited, an investment holding company, engages in the generation of power in the People's Republic of China and internationally. The company operates through Power Generation, and Others segments. The Power generation segment offers operation of wind and solar power plants through subsidiaries, investing in power plants through joint ventures, and associates. The company was formerly known as China Windpower Group Limited and changed its name to Concord New Energy Group Limited in March 2015. The company was incorporated in 1997 and is based in Singapore.
