The company was formerly known as Fujian Yaohua Glass Industry Group Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Fuyao Glass Industry Group Co., Ltd. in June 1992. Fuyao Glass Industry Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Fuqing, China.
