The Company's strategic plan, implemented with a view toward creating a liquidity event for stockholders, has recently focused primarily on acquiring and owning a portfolio substantially all of which is comprised of grocery-anchored properties. As of March 31, 2025, the Company owned 52 retail properties, totaling 7.2 million square feet. The properties are located in 24 states. A majority of the Company's properties are multi-tenant, necessity-based retail shopping centers located primarily in major regional markets and growing secondary markets throughout the United States. As of March 31, 2025, the Company's portfolio had physical and economic occupancy of 90.9% and 91.5%, respectively.
